IFA Berlin is one of the most important consumer electronics and home appliances fairs worldwide. AEG has been an important exhibitor for many years, using the opportunity to share their newest and most innovative products with employees, partners, and customers. As part of our ongoing partnership with the Electrolux group, P&M supported AEG in showcasing the impact of their presence at IFA - by producing multiple pieces of content through a fast-paced, on-site process, that allowed the company to share their message speedily.
For event projects, preparation is essential. The on-site production was preceded by several preparatory meetings that defined both the goals for each piece of content and the process and deadlines. The P&M team arrived at IFA three days before the opening, allowing our creative team to set up and prepare for the fast-paced week ahead. Close communication with the Electrolux team enabled us to capture behind-the-scenes preparations, the press conference, and the event’s opening day. This ensured that all necessary footage was captured during the day, with continuous editing throughout the evening and night to ensure delivery was ready each morning.
The engagement rate increased considerably compared to 2022, setting a record in the history of AEG’s participation at IFA. Additionally, the online engagement with employees who could not attend the event made the coverage a success, raising awareness across the Electrolux Group about the new innovations launched in 2023.
